We want you to love your ButtSnorkelers gear. But because every item is printed on demand — made just for you, by hand (well, by a very talented printer), at the moment you order it — our return policy works a little differently than your typical big-box retailer. Please read this carefully before you hit that "Buy Now" button.

1. The Golden Rule (No Returns for Cold Feet)

Because all products are custom-printed to order, we do not accept returns for buyer's remorse, change of mind, or "I thought it would be funnier in person." Once your item is printed, it is yours. We cannot resell custom-printed merchandise. This applies to all products including apparel, accessories, drinkware, and stickers.

We do not offer exchanges or returns for incorrect size selection. Since each item is printed on demand, we cannot swap sizes. Please refer to the size chart on each product page before ordering. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up.

Pro tip: Measure a garment you already own and love, then compare those measurements to our size charts. Your future self (and your snorkel) will thank you.

If you need to cancel an order, contact us at SOS@buttsnorkelers.com as soon as possible. Because our products go into production quickly, we can only cancel orders that have not yet entered the production queue. Once production begins, the order cannot be canceled.
